At House of Marley, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the electronics in their original sustainable packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
